An adhesion promoted primer for use on difficult to coat substrates such as ceramic wall tiles, aluminium, PVC, melamine and old enamel substrates that were correctly prepared. Allow at least 48 hours before overcoating with a solvent based top coat. Can be used as a primer on masonry, steel, wood etc. where an environmentally friendly coating solution is required.
